The movie "Stagecoach" was filmed at this very spot by Director John Ford. It starred John Wayne and Jane Russell. Dale located this exact place with two Indian guides and then painted it on location in Monument Valley, Arizona. He named this painting "Stagecoach Peak". This painting received FIRST PLACE at the 1995 International Art Expo in Madrid, Spain.
